Our Chef SOURNAC Arnaud will be happy to take care of the taste buds of your guests, offering them a home-made & gourmet cuisine.

Our chef works with local producers, such as ‘Boutières Farm’ in Creysse (3km) for duck products, or ‘Escartals Farm’ in martel (4km) for Rocamadour goat cheese.

Our menu is very varied and our chef adapts to your desires and your budget.

For the cocktail aperitive, our menu offers a rigorous selection of salted petits fours, salted verrine & cooking show.

Our chef adapts to the trends of the moment and also offers you a varied menu of cold workshops (cutting of ham in front of your guests, cutting of foie gras half-cooked, marinated salmon …).

It brings animation dureing the recpetion.

There are also hot workshops  with live cooking of prawns kebab, or duck burger with foie gras cream & wine local mustard…

The meal can then take place in the form of sit-down meals, as a buffet or as a cocktail dinner.

Our proposals are also very varied.
